Constructed in 1823, the Old West Church is the first ‘Meeting House’ built in Calais, Vermont. It is a symbol of community cooperation and unity. This National Historic Landmark is preserved and maintained by the gifts and donations of visitors, friends, and neighbors and managed by The Old West Church Association, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
